Is there any way to, on a Flash site, make an administration login and edit the Flash content through the internet on the spot? I've always wondered this and any help would be appreciated! Thanks!!

A good question - I've never seen one myself.
Since flash is not open source, something like this would probably have to come directly from Macromedia, so if they don't have anything related to this on their website then it's probable that nothing like it exists.

Like an online flash editing tool? No, I don't think any decent/reliable tool will do that -- you need Adobe Flash to get the most out of your Flash development.
