Get involved even if you are not old enough to vote. Study hard and read. In school, you'll have "mock" elections -- vote! You can write to your state senator and congress person. You can visit your state capital. In class, you'll have the opportunity every year to study world history. Ask your teachers if you can do an extra credit report.
