Patron is tequila, which is not exactly either American or German, so I'm not sure why you chose it. Jagermeister is from Germany, so that's good if you want the drinks to represent their respective country of origin. Definitely buy some beer. It's the most preferred alcoholic beverage at any party. And I would also suggest some whiskey. Jack Daniels should be appropriate.

Get a pint of vodka, and some orange juice. Make the budget $5 when you get to the liquor store. Also, a good method that I like to use is to split a bottle of something with a friend or two and drink with them! You wont be alone and you won't be out on the cash situation.

save yourself some money, buy the 99cent bottles of isopropyl alcohol at walmart and add kool-aid packets to them for flavor
