its really not that hard if you have a lift, but since not to many of us have them in our garages, it will be a little harder. what you are going to need to find is where the bleeder screw is on your brake system. then once you have all 4 of them opened on your car, with the cap off the master cylinder, watch for the bleeder screws to have a constant drip, this usually takes about 10-15 min. once there is a constant drip close the screws. You are going to want to keep an eye on the Master Cylinder resivoir though to make sure that is dosnt go dry allowing more air back into the system.

May need to put up on jack stands and remove the wheels, it make it much easier than trying to crawl under and work. Normally the one time person not have the special tools and you will need 2 people. One to push the brake pedal and one to open and close the bleed valve. When on your jack stands push the car to be sure it stable and jacks are solid setting on your work area.
I start at the wheel furthest from the Master Cylinder. Two feet of some rubber hose or aquarium hose if you can slide it on the bleed valve. This keep it from shooting out fluid all over the place, just stick it down in a jar or can. #1 back passenger side. open the valve 10mm/8mm wrench??? Have your helper slowly push the pedal to the floor. Then close the valve and have them release the pedal. Remember to close the valve!!!! Then repeat until no air come out. Check the fluid level in the Master Cylinder and move to the back driver side #2. #3 is front passenger and #4 is front driver. Remember to check the level as you go. Push pedal slow and remember to close the valve before releasing the pedal so it not suck air right back into the lines. Protect your eyes, you not want this stuff shooting out in your eyes.

Have two people, get two ft. of clear plastic line, there is a bleed screw next to the brake line going into the brake assembly, press the hose on the screw, it kind of looks like a nipple, make sure the brake reservoir is full, with a wrench, crack open the bleed screw about 1/2 turn, have someone slowly press the brake pedal down and then hold it down, close bleed screw, lightly pump brake pedal a few times, repeat until their are no air bubbles coming out of the line. Keep an eye on the reservoir fluid level. Have the plastic hose going into a container, so as not to get fluid all over. Do not re-use the old brake fluid.

Quick answer.

1. Jack up your car.
2. Take off your front tire.
3. Look behind the brake. Back side of rotor and brake calipers.
4. Look for rubber hose that goes into it.
5. Find screw on top of rubber hose.
6. Find what losens screw or nut, could be a 10mm
7. Have somebody get in car (not turned on and pump it the break up and down until you cant push it anywhere close to the bottom of the floor.
8. Have said person in 7 keep pushing down while you unscrew the nut bolt, dont take it out just a little to relieve pressure.
9. Have 7 tell you when their foot hits the floor.
10. Tell 7 to hold it against the floor and tighten screw.
11. Repeat 7-10 again until fluid comes out of the screw. When alot comes out. Do it one more time to be sure.
12. Extremely important. #7 has to keep his foot on the floor while you loosen until you are 100% tight again. Otherwise. You have to rebleed.
13. Put tire back on.
14. Lower Jack.
15. Check brake fluid add some if needed.
16. Go to other side and start with #1.
17. Check 15 again.

Pump your brakes till they're firm, hold the pedal down, have someone else use a wrench to open the bleed valve, as the pressure is released your foot will hit the floor. Tighten the valve back up. repeat as needed. Never let your foot off while the bleed valve is open.

Edit: Oh, and don't let the brake fluid touch your car. It'll destroy your paint.

most of the time it takes 2 people, one person presses the the brake pedal while the other loosens the bleeder valve located behind both front tires. once you see fluid come from the valve tighten it back up. do the same on the other side. it will help if you turn the wheel enough to reach the valve behind the tire. the valve is usually located on top of the brake calipers. hope this helps. good luck!

the little bolt on the caliper that looks like a zerk fitting.
go to AutoZone and get a one man brake bleeder to make it simple, or get a friend.
Friend Method:
have friend pump brakes and hold them, starting at closest brake to the master cylinder loosen fitting slightly until fluid seeps out, tighten, pump brakes 5times and hold to floor, repeat with the bleeding and pumping 2-10 more times until it is clear fluid with no bubbles, move to next brake. You don't have to do front and rear at the same time, just front-front then rear-rear. They are on seperate "circuits"
Brake bleeder bottle method:
loosen screw a little, squeeze bottle slip tubing over fitting, release wait for fluid to run bubble free, tighten, move to next brake.
I use a a Mity-Vac they are $29 at AutoZone but I use it for a lot more than brakes, the little drip bottle is $3-5. make sure you have a clear area afterwards in case you fail.

If your car has ABS, most of the time you need to use a scan tool that can access the ABS system because during the bleeding procedure, the ABS system needs to be activated.

very carefully, the best thing to do if you dont want to take it to a shop is to go to the auto parts store and buy a book for the year and make of your car and it has all the info u will need to fix it :)
