How do I find 12 Colossus (on SoTc)?

Question

ok, I cant FIGURE out how to get to where he is!!! I know he is on square g2 but I have no idea how to get to the 'island' (im guessing where he is , is on the other forest that you cant reach).
gosh its making me really madd too :[

please help, Like tell me where to go and whatnot. Do i have to go on the beach or something and swim there?
