I play games like: Counter Strike Source, Battlefield 2142, Call Of Duty 2, Lost Planet, Shadowrun, Fear, and hopefully Crysis. I already have Hard Drives.

I have a budget of $500 shipped. So what should I replace and what should I replace it with?

You can't build a gaming PC for $500. AMD is horrible and Intel is much faster. Anyway the motherboard is fairly nice. The processor is OK, case looks good and the fan is good. You will need a better PSU, at least 550W. The graphics card is a bit slow. You should go with at lest an XFX 8600GTS XXX. The build IS NOT FUTURE PROOF. You should build a PC that will be able to perform its duties in at least three years. You should get a cheep 8800 with 320MB. Down the line you should get one in SLi. You computer is going to be slow no matter what you do. Save up some more money and build an Intel PC. Anyway if your going ATI with the processor, the chipset and the graphics card should all be ATI. There is no point in ever going ATI. ATI is much slower than Intel when it comes to CPUs and much slower than NVIDIA with GPUs.

Its OK for $500, but it will not give you much now and very little in 2 years.

Pretty good budget gaming setup. I'm just not comfortable with the 350W power supply. It it were a 350W Enermax with usually strong +12V rail, that should be fine. Better get a stronger power supply that has at least 18 amps on the +12V rail.

If you plan to play Crysis later, better be prepared to overclock your processor and your video card. You can squeeze out about 15-20% more performance from your set up.
