According to MLB, nobody. But somehow a story that it was Harmon Killebrew came out.

Long believed to be a silhouette of Harmon Killebrew the logo of Major League Baseball is actually not meant to be based off of any player in particular. The logo was actually originally designed for and used as the 100th Anniversary logo for MLB.
