Computer shows 2 years back time, what is the problem?

Suddenly my computer start to show 2 years back time what is the cause, although I can set the time but why it happens that my worry

your c-mos battery is going out you need to get another one cost you about $2.00 if you look at your mother board you will see a little round silver battery . there is a little clip that holds it in position. move push the clip and it will pop up remove it and place the new one in it's place and gently press it down into position. re set your bios with the time date and your system settings...
