Drink. Drink. Drink. And stay out of the heat as much as you can.
Headaches from heat are caused usually by 2 things.
Dehydration. So easy in heat from sweating. Water or a sports drink will help this straight away.
And heat exhaustion. If it is heat exhaustion the headache will not go away with panadol and water.
You will need to get out of the heat, somewhere cool. Have some paracetamol and water galore or a sports drink.
Keep cool by a cold facewasher over your neck and forehead. And try and relax.
A heat exhaustion headache can last for days and you will usually get nausea with it.
I recommend a sports drink because it replaces the electrolytes and monerals you are loosing through heat and sweating.
When I get a headache that dosn't respond to a panadol I have a big glass of water and that fixes it.
My son is the worst as he is always coming home from school year round and worse in summer, with dehydration headaches. But his do not go away so easily with liquids as his causes miagraines from the heat.

Some time back I read that the ideal sleeping temperature is 67F. I usually keep my home at around 72F during the day - that's comfortable without being excessive. If I were you, I'd invest in a couple of small humidifiers...or you can just put cups or bowls of water around the rooms to keep the air moisture at a decent level. If you're in the UK, you can get this little things you hang off the radiators that you fill with water too.

Increase your fluid intake and decrease your amount of time in the sun. Water is good, but has no nutrients, so gatorade would probably be a little better. Take some advil for relief and give your body a chance to cool down. Be careful, this could be an early sign of heat exhaustion.

Carry your water bottle around with you. I had the same problem and didn't realize that I was not drinking enough water. When it is this hot you need more than usual. It really helps!

That is your body telling you two things; it needs more water and it needs to be cooled down. Drink more water (not sodas or anything else) and stay as cool as possible.
