I think you just have to get her loosened up a bit more before you penetrate her. A woman's vagina is built to withstand the width of a small melon (and if yours is like this, then my god, see a doctor, man!).
If I were you I'd play with fingers and toys before making your grand entrance...and really play, not just 5 minutes. Foreplay is everything...

Sometimes, pain during intercourse can be a cause of something like endometriosis, etc. She may want to go see her Gyn.
Also, since your penis is on the large side, you could be hitting her cervix, which can also be painful.
And it COULD be the case in a taller, larger girl as well. Just because a woman's taller, doesn't mean her vagina is larger/longer.

Are you having enough foreplay? my partner has a large penis (10") and sometimes it can really hurt my stomach when he hits my cervix, maybe you can try different positions to see what ones are better for her?

No a woman gives birth to something a lot bigger than your member. Make sure she is relaxed and use a lubricant if needed.
