Tell the Director of Athletics that I want a Football Team at this University or College, I know Several Schools that don't have one Marquette University Milwaukee, DePaul University Chicago, Providence University Providence Rhode Island, Seton Hall University in Newark New Jersey, Butler University Indianapolis, Indiana, and Cleveland State University Cleveland Ohio.
All in all They workout a Deal but they don't want to.

No, but like terry said you just transfer to another school in order to play football

Uh, no...being that you have to be a student to be on the football team...You can try to transfer to the other school...and then play for them...
