do they need to register the bunissnes, or need planning permission to covert the garage by putting in a pit. Do they need to take out insurance due to the fact that school children have access to the carpark where the garage opens on to. Do they need to hold valid car insurance when bring in and taking car to be repaired through the carpark. Dose the local education authority need to give permission for the change of garage use from domistic use to business

Probably wouldn't happen. The number one thing is an insurance company won't cover you if children have access.

Why Mary you jealous of the guy getting some work and maybe improving his life?

Would you prefer he was dealing drugs out of the Garage??
Have you any proof he put the pit in??

Do you know if they do not have any of the permission / permits required?ß
