I love all your names. I do prefer Adrien spelled Adrian and Billie spelled Billy as a nickname for William but they're still nice. My favorites are Henry and Stella.

Whilst both George and Henry are resonably popular I rather like Billie. However, I would offically name him William then call him Billie at home - because although Billie is cute at 2 years old it might not be so cute at 42!!! Then I always think you have to imagine your child as a High Court Judge or Chief Constable - which sounds more likely: the Right Honerable Billie Smith or The Rt Hon. William Smith !!
I have always seen Adrien for boys spelt Adrian - the 'e' spelling sounding to much like the femine form Adrenne - which I rather like! I would worry to much that if I called my son Richard he would spent his life being called Dick !
As for girls - I prefer Estelle to Stella as a proper name for the same reason as above - although there is no reason why she could not be named Estelle but be called Stella if you catch my drift.

For a boy, I like Adrien Maybe Adrien Matthew, Adrien Samuel, Adrien James, or Adrien Joshua. I also think Billie is cute. You could do Billie Joel, Billie James,or Billie Jay.
For a girl. I like Sadie. Sadie Grace, Sadie Rose, Sadie Marie, Sadie Elizabeth, Sadie Victoria, Sadie Lynn, and Sadie Jane .

Definitely Billie or George for a boy as both sound really cute. Estelle I like for a girl the others have strange connotations linked with them - Stella - beer, Sadie - the one from Emmerdale soap, Roxanne - from the police song about ladies of the night and Kathleen - Turner!
