If you took it from the wild, just let it go. They're capable of taking care of themselves from the moment they hatch. Besides, what are you going to do when it gets REALLY big (IF it survives captivity) and tries snapping your hand off?

If you absolutely must feed it, they like earthworms, insects, snails, fish, & aquatic vegetation. Adult snapping turtles will also eat crayfish, snakes, amphibians, birds, small mammals, and carrion (dead animals). They mostly eat meat, so an all vegetarian diet is not good.

Best to feed them little stalks of celery or carrots. Be careful. It might be a baby, put a bite from it could hurt pretty bad.
