Plenty, depending on what type of website you need.

If it's for a buisness and you want it to look immaculate some companies can charge stupid amounts.

What type of website is it?

"Reasonnably priced" is a question of point of view!
If you live in UK or US and use an indian based web designer, you will find it very "cheap".
What you have to ask is "These are the specifications of what I want. What price can you give me for 'this type of website'? "
Submit your requirements and you will get prices from all over the world.
One place is "www.rentacoder.com". Good (and bad) coders. Usually "reasonnable" prices.
However, a GOOD website requires artistic designs AND coding skills. Finding BOTH is hard, and never "cheap". Think that just for a logo, you can pay a fair amount: call on the "Picassos" or "Dalis" for fun...
If you want a Yahoo site, be prepared to rent a large team...
You can also email-me! (Talking for my parish here...)

I am reasonably priced. Contact me via yahoo email for more information.

The price of a website depends alot on what you want on the site such as scripts, Flash, etc. and other "bells and whistles."

There is no standard rate for web designing, so you would have to shop around for what you need. The first thing you would need to do is tell the potential designer(s) what the site is for, and what you want it to do and ask for a quote.
