I'd say 80-90% of girls do masturbate. They just won't admit it. Masturbation does not hurt you. It is normal and natural (and much safer than having sex)

Actually, most girls do it too however they tend to be a bit more embarrassed to talk about it so this often skews the results of surveys taken on the topic. It does not hurt them any more than a boy can hurt himself wanking too much. As for tools, it doesn't take a genius. Many parents are supportive enough to help try to ensure their daughters don't go to males for satisfaction too early in their lives by assisting with this. But clue here... toys aren't anymore NECESSARY for a girl than a pocket pal is for a boy to succeed in his efforts to find relaxation and satisfaction. Don't let your imagination run off with you!

It is very common. But it is also very personal for a girl; so girls don't talk much about it. I have read books devoted to the topic and it is not uncommon for girls to engage in it several times a week.

I think that everyone has done it on occasion at least. I think that many women are embarressed to admit they pleasure themselves but I think thats just silly. I'm 21 and I will admit to anyone that I do it- no one knows what feels good to me better than I do! I think that women are starting to feel more comfortable about it but there will always be a stigma that its unlady like. I'm engaged and my fiance and I just went to a toy store and bought all sorts of fun playthings. I think everyone does it, and if they don't- they should!! :)

i dont believe that. girls just dont flaunt it and talk about it with their friends. most girls are really sexual. i hope your a guy and asking if female masterbation is a myth because if you were a girl you would be very strange. every girl touches herself. they have to get pleasure somehow and many guys lack in that department. girls are good on themsleves and guys. why would masterbation hurt? does it hurt you? masterbation is a sexual stimulation. nothing in that definition sounds painful does it. female orgasms feel better than guys, we have more stuff going on down there

of course we masterbate ... but we arent as open about it as guys.And no it doesnt hurt.
