Flooded with water? sounds like ECU relays have water in them each Mitsu. has them in different places? You should of removed the battery right away and dried out all the relays, plugs and ECM brain box before connecting the battery and trying to drive. Because corrosion and electrolysis ruins electrical circuit boards and electrical plugs. Now your problem has become much worse. Most the time you can remove the battery cables and the car gets completely submerged change all the fluids dry everything out and shampoo carpets dry seats and your ready to go. After battery power is sizzling the circuit boards under water your goose is cooked
