This is true but unfortunately it is more true for those in their 20's and younger. The bones take in calcium and then after a certain time will just use it up for the most part that's why it is so important that young people take in calcium/milk while it is most useful and beneficial to do so.

I think the calcium in the milk along with the vitamin D builds strong bones. Mmmmmm milk.

true the calcium is good for you, the bad news is that cows milk is the hardest kind of milk for the human body to digest. Don't forget cows have a 4 chambered stomach, for digestion

Hmmm Calcium gives you strong bones maybe...you dont have to get that from milk...

*how natural is it to drink something meant for a baby calf?

and...why are todays children increasingly obese? because we feed them stuff meant for an animal that grows lots faster than we do....think about it...

Worked for my son (now aged 17)
as a baby until he was 2 all he would drink was horlics made with milk! Lots of calcium!
