i don't know how to solve that. i played Taekwondo in a training center 16 months ago, another classmate told that the two elder students liked me and i liked one of them. However, both of us were very shy, we didn't say anything about that, we just kept silence. Then because of some reasons i left the training center. Now i come back to this center, not for him; i will leave my country, so i hope to stay with my friends there in the last 10 months. I really want to learn somthing useful, but when i heard his new girl friend is also in this training center. i feel a bit embarrased and also a bit sad. How can i face to them? And also don't influence my regular training?

Hold your head up and go in there and do what you started going there for. You enjoy yourself and put yourself into your training and no one would think your there for the elder one, but there to improve. It is all right to have a crush on someone but do not make it into a big deal. You wont be boyfriend-girlfriend but you may just end up being good friends. Think of it this way...now that he is taken you can be yourself around him and enjoy his company.

Just hold your head up high and pay no attention to this fellow and his girlfriend. Don't let them bother you in your training sessions. If you bump into them, just smile and say hello, and keep walking. That's what our boots are made for.

We all have these awkward moments from time to time, and they are dreadful, but no one ever became terminally ill from glimpsing an old boy or girlfriend. Keep walking.

Go in and face your demons isn't taekwando based and that perception talk to the guy and his girlfriend I found that always helped and we always stayed friends unless the new girlfriend was overly jealous then that is her problem but if I could be good friends with my EX I wouldn't let no one stand in my way.

there was nothing said to you before just take it with grain of salt it coudl have been told to you just them being mean. maybe the guy never did and no one talked to him and no one knows but what you were told. so there and that fact you just act normal and move on this is only a class and who cares if he has girl friend its your turn to be happy and do your thing like planned.

There is no need for you to be embarassed. Attraction is a natural thing. Just smile and say hi and pretend like you're friends. There is nothing to be ashamed of.

Just go and learn. You should be concentrating on your training. And they will be too. Don't feel embarrassed at all.
