yes, there is a bridge (broken most of the time)
they repair it ,run for a month and break again for the rest of the year.
that one of the reasons all the fisheries restaurant in north river drive in downtown are going on bankruptcy

the bridge i talking about is in Miami N.W. 7 ave. and 4 st.
in South of the river.
and in the North of the river is 7 ave. and the 5 st.

N.W. 7th Avenue and 441 run the same way (North and South) and don't intersect. There is a bridge at N.W. 7th Avenue where I-95 passes over it, but it's not a bridge that opens and the Miami River is no where around there.
