Only an idiot talks to the police alone, in an interview.
Lawyer-up and let the attorney do the talking. Don't play games with the police, that's how people end up in jail.

If it is an intentional admission of guilt then we are trained to develop it even further. Because "I aint killed nobody" would never stick in court. If not, and we really believe the suspect committed the crime, we will use it to attempt to draw a confession. People who are guilty generally give it away with body language or an intentional slip. Most people have trouble lying to authority and cannot keep up the lie that long under pressure.
But usually some one saying "I ain't got no crack pig" is just a person who failed English class. But they usually have the crack also.

the courts would not accept it as a confession a confession is a clear admission of commiting a crime. the CPS WOULD NOT PROCEED ON THE DOUBLE NEGATIVE ALONE they may of other evidence was available but in the circumstances you state the police would not treat it as an admission

the police would not take this as an admission - they are aware that using double negatives is just the way people talk these days

When I was at school and someone about to be punished said, " I didn't do nothin' " Our English master would always reply, "Simple mathematics laddie, two minuses make a plus." Don't think it works like that in the circumstances outlined

wow...I never thought of that. This must be where witnesses, alibies and people close to the suspect must come into it. There is plenty of room for eception where double negatives occur.

I didn't even know that "nobody" had been killed!
Shouldn't this be in "Wordplay"?
