I once got one for something 3 months old. There's no statute of limits on having something reported. I think once the question is resolved reporting the Q or their answers should no longer be an option.

For some reason people like to go back and report questions and answers, and in doing so Yahoo has to delete them, it sucks, I've had it happen many, many times. Its safe to say people on here sometimes aren't very nice and get a kick out of hurting other people or out of just being plain mean.

I got a violation notice that I asked a question about back in April !! - The notice came through last week.

Maybe they are adding new 'keywords' to their database and violating everyone.

I've just about given up on Y!A - no fun anymore.

I even have had that take place earlier besides. They have been months previous and right away they grow to be a controversy. I even have seen people call others demeaning names and not in any respect get pronounced. curiously some people have a low I Q and could't use good judgment or reason to state a place. They grow to be a snitch to close others up that could make a fact they are in a position to't refute. I merely had one in all my questions deleted some days in the past they sent me a notice saying they subtracted 15 factors from me. such as you I made a question out of the violation yet directed people to the question via skill of my profile on my pastime web site. I figured as my profile it did not make me ranting as they claimed and that i confirmed the guy who pronounced it he/she gave me yet another shot at asking the question. (in the event that they're staring at.) I had discovered that in spite of in case you block others from viewing your questions and solutions they are in a position to get admission to them by using pulse. So I now pass to pulse and delete them from there on occasion. the unhappy factor is people who could desire to be pronounced for being down perfect verbally abusive to someone get off Scott unfastened. edit: what proportion questions have all persons seen individually that broke community rules? "If" all of them have been pronounced "does not questions and solutions be flooded with a burden to maintain up"? Why would not questions and solutions set a statute of obstacles of say one month. except the question or answer replaced into threatening, abusive, or breaking the regulation.

Sometimes people like to go back over resolved questions of a person they don't like (for whatever stupid reason they might have) and flag them for violations.
