I have so many personal labels I wish they'd stop sending them. Also I am now getting nickels in the mail also from certain charities. Doesn't all this cost them? Instead of wasting money doing this, it could go to the charity for their needs. Never understood this. Is this happening to you?

I get a lot. But, I don't use them because I have my won made by a commercial firm. I can't blame them for sending those labels to me. These charities have to engage in fund-raising, in order to provide services to their clients. Most can't afford slick TV ads which the stations are required to run for nothing as "personal service announcements" in compliance with the Federal Communications Act. I'm sure they all wish they were in the category of the American Red Cross, St. Jude's Hospital, etc. But, they're not. And even if one percent of those receiving those stickers or coins in the mail respond with a monetary gift, they are successful.
I give to the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society. It's the main charity to help Naval personnel and their families, including the families of our fallen heroes. Army Emergency Relief and Air Force Aid Society do the same thing for their branches. Those three charities weren't even mentioned in the media "blitz" following 9/11.

The animal charities are for ever sending me them, I have my own Old English Sheepdog ones that I like to use. Its a total waste of their time and money making these things.

Oh my gosh, I thought I was the only one that thought like that!!! Makes me feel like their spending my donation money on sending out labels. I get them monthly. Haven't gotten a nickel yet. But you're right, they should use that money toward their cause.

merely with the aid of fact an email shows that it fairly is from a Yahoo account does not advise that it actually is. Spammers are very performed programmers, and that they are in a position to make some thing look like some thing else.

Hahahaha!!!!, I donate faithfully to the Humane Society and they send me all kinds of stuff , the one tactic they use to get you to give more is sending those Christmas cards with the animals that they have saved that were abused, it works on me , out comes the checkbook :))
