Go to internationaljock.com . Have good selection of jocks and cups. I have the new BIKE Elite Performance cup. Feels and protects great. Also wear swimmer jock under the cup jock for more support.

You ware that cup and you'll thank the coach sometime during the year. Sooner or later someone is going to hit or kick you in that area and you'll be glad you had it on. I woyld just go to a sporting goods store and ahve them help you pick out the one for you.

You should go with a name brand that has stood the test of time. Therefore, I suggest Dixie Cup. I would shy away from a coffee mug and what ever you do, do not drink out of your cup when you get done with practice.

Good Luck this season!!!

Not all men were created equal. Sure... you MIGHT be able to get away wearing just a cup... But ME? I need the WHOLE pitcher.

Take your dad to the store with you. If he doesn't know then go to a real sporting goods store (not Wal Mart) and ask the clerk.

you are most likely going to need a jock strap also, under armor usually has the best stuff, it won't tear or rip and they probably have under armor cups also

If you have to ask this question then don't worry about it. You probably won't get much playing time. So my answer is get a comfortable one for sitting down.
