No. You can be attracted to a stranger but not in love. You may be idealizing what you imagine this person to be like. You may be in love with the idea of someone other than your spouse, just for a change. Don't let it be anything more than an idea.

Of course - but only if you are in an ARRANGED marriage...
If you CHOSE to marry someone - it is SUPPOSED to mean that you love them!
And if you're talking about loving a "stranger" - then it's clear that you really don't what the word LOVE really means... To LOVE someone, you have to know a LOT about them - not just see them as "tasty" eye candy...
That's why part of the wedding vows goes "For richness and poorness - in sickness, and in health - for better or worse - 'till death do us part" ;););););)

I wouldn't categorize it as love but rather an attraction.
There must be something missing from your marriage since you are easily attracted to someone you never met.
Get counseling and see what that something is
