the position with less penetration, the best one is the two lie down next to each other.

There is no risk associated with sex during pregnancy - UNLESS the doctor tells you so. My husband and I were banned from intercourse in my fifth month because I have placenta previa (meaning the placenta's in the way and can tear), but until the doctor tells you to stop, sex is perfectly fine and even healthy during pregnancy. I wouldn't suggest any 'rough play' though. It will probably hurt her more than the baby if you do get a little rough, but be careful anyway.
Any position is okay, as long as she's comfortable... experiment with different positions - it will be fun. As she progresses certain positions will get almost impossible and painful. So keep trying different ones as you go along.
And if you're really concerned - there's always other fun activities you can indulge in :)

A big "risk" of having intercourse? It's totally normal for a couple to continue sexual relations during pregnancy.
This question can only be answered by trial and error. At times in my pregnancy the baby is laying in a bad position or my back hurts or my cervix is low- I have to adjust to see what is comfortable. That could be on my back, side, hands and knees or even on top.
Be sure to do kegel exercises to keep things in place and your vaginal walls tight.

There's no risk to having intercourse when pregnant, unless the woman has a high risk pregnancy and her doctor has advised against it. Who told you that?!? Try "spooning" behind her, with both of you on your sides, with you behind her, or try doggie style. Whatever is comfortable for her.
