anyone had the error 0x000003e8..i keep going roud in circles trying to get rid of it ..is my norton antivirus still ok

If your Subscription has run out and you didn't renew you will find Symantec has a nasty habit of causing errors on your computer. This is a way to force you to pay to renew your protection.
