She had a boyfriend...and she complained about him, they broke up, and now shes still complaining about it.....she talks about it ALL the time and shes acting all 'hard done '.....everyone has these problems. There is a time to mope and then you get on with it and hold your head high regeradless of how upset you were by it....i mean your family could all die in a freak car crash....thats something to be upset about....
Am i being callous or do you think shes just being a moper?

The best medicine would be to scream out loud at her to GET OVER IT! a friend did that to me once and it surely snapped out of it real quick. You wont loose her as a friend she will respect you more for it later.

some people need more time to get over heartbreaks. she just needs her space and alone time in order to get over her past love. yes she may seem to be moping to you, but you have to understand that she may have been truely in love with this boyfriend and she still has feelings for him.
give her space and time to heal. just be there for her if she needs you.
