I love swimming. I think its one of the most relaxing and invigorating sports there is. I used to swim for hours in the lap pool at the Y. I really do miss it.

Yes, my dad was a SCUBA instructor and competitive swimmer, so I learned early and well, and can hold my breath for about 4 mins. Try it.
