My tenancy agreement finished in April 2007, and in the orginal tenancy it stated I had to give two months?

notice. I have not signed any agreement and i still live in the propery and have been paying rent. what notice period do I have to give?

you're no longer under contract so you don't need to abide by that anymore. 30 days would be appropriate.

In most cases the terms of the original agreement remain in full force and effect unless the agreement states otherwise. You still need to give 2 months notice.
