Obviously, they are not true.
Don't believe me? Have someone read you all the horoscopes without telling you which signs are which.
I'd bet you can find something to fit your experience in every single one.
(Now palm reading, of course, is completely accurate.)

Because, newspaper use signs according to birth ated, but signs change with a difference of few mins within a day!

it might be the way someone interprets a "reading" maybe they do their reading differently. For instance, during a tarot card reading, one might interpret an upside down card as something evil or negative, while another might pick it up, turn it around and read it the same as if they were to flip that card upward. It's just a matter of interpretation.
