"Now-a-days almost every country is facing with a new problem, namely "Terrorism". Analyse. What are the punishements Under Indian Law and U.S Law against "Sedition". Define.

if i am correct, arabic countries started to get lot of money through oil. this made them rich and their day to day life very luxury. then, they wanted to develop muslim religion throughout the world. some old fashioned muslims started to think in a different way: to oppose christians! this is how terrorism has developed!

There is no doubt that parents love their children. Take your own case (it is a universal truth) you were punished several times during child hood for some reason by the parents. Many of them you do not remember. But I bet you would remember atleast one punishment or abuse when you felt bad and had a feeling of revolt, may be this feeling persisted for a short time, could be for a few hours only or for a day. On the lowest scale you would have just cursed one or both. But you did not act as per your initial reaction or decision. Why? could you analyse? Simple and common for all. You got some love, affection following that punishment and you became normal as before. This feeling of revolt or revenge comes for two resons. One,Your punishment was not just as per your assesment or two, the punishment was much more than it calls for.

In both the above cases, in one sentence we can define " Because justice was not done"

Human being is sensitive. It has brain. It has heart. When the punishment is undue and becomes heart felt, there is always a spontaneous reaction and urge to give back in the same way. If you are not strong enough to counteract and return the same punishment, or fear that your action will bring back further peril, you will try to counter act in disguise. The sufferor will make plans, how to take the revenge. This is the sprout of Terrorism. The ground in injustice - punishment without reason or bigger punishment for smaller reason.

A weaker - person / family / group / community / country, tries to punish the - stronger person / group / community / country without an open war as they can not servive open war. The act of weaker is termed by stronger as an act of terrorism.

The stronger can't bear that a weaker punished him, so stronger gives a deadly blow to the person if is caught otherwise to his family / community / country (all are relative as per case) to give a lesson. It becomes a never ending circle and snowball effect is created. Larger and larger. The issue becomes more and more repurcussive as more and more are hurt. THE BOTTOM LINE REMAINS SAME THAT - AN INJUSTICE WAS DONE.

Injustice is always done by higher to lower, by stronger to weaker. Back to your child hood story when you feel that you did wrog and punishment by parents, was just due or less you will never react but if undue, unjust ...?

Another aspect. Because of one man or a small bunch of people(wrongdoers) if your house is damaged because you were the neighbor and you lost your loved ones for no good reason, what would be your reaction? Will that be anti those small crooks or the one who bombarded your house?

Basically, it starts with injustice and ends with terrorism. We good, peace loving people, community, country gets dragged into this menace. Down trodden / weaker section must learn forgiveness to have a peaceful world and elders / superiors must learn how much to punish and justice for all. If forgiveness is by elders then it is the best.

The laws whether of USA or India or any country are for the good but if used defferent for different person / group / community / country, differently by manipulating, then it is injustice and it produces another terrorism from the sufferrer side. For the future world, we have to learn indifferences, tolerance. Shall we not look for our future generation and rebuild the world where peace prevails and not the complex of superiority of power, prestige, race, religion rather tolerance and equal rights to people and country

If terrorism exsists the only reason for that is US and CIA. All the terrorist outfits existing nw was once grew up by US or CIA, to establish their world dominance.

We should think another thing also, nobody likes to take guns and leave their families and pleasure. We should understand hw much they were affected by their government and their surrounings
