If the concrete was properly made and cured it should last a very long time. There is some Roman cement that was made in the time of the Roman Empire that is still good today.

Most of the time, though, everything done today is hurried and compromised so it lacks the strength to last. And with so much stuff being made in China these days, very few things are going to last long at all, and things will begin to fall apart almost immediately.

Cement gets stronger up to about 80 or 90 years (I can't remember). So you are fine there, For the wood, etc. construction part it depends more on weather, humidity usage etc.. You will have to estimate that,
