i remember someone or some people get kidnapped and put underground and he gave them enough food and water to last for a couple days. anyone know the title of that movie?
and a different movie i'm looking for is about a little girl falling in a well. i think the kids name was jessica.

The one about the baby is :" Everybody's baby: The Rescue of Jessica McClure" It is a true story if you did not know.
The only movie I can think of for the first one is "Oxygen" with Adrien Brody, if that's not it, see it!!! It's really good.

I would guess that you are thinking of "The Hole".. they weren't exactly kidnapped.. but.. it seemed like it from the trailer..

I didn't realize they made a movie about Baby Jessica.. but I remember seeing that on the news very vividly as a kid..
