my hubby and i are looking for a cool night club to go out and have a couple of drinks and maybe dance to some good music. we are new to the area so if anyone knows of a good place please let me know thanks.

Nothing in Oceanside. Better luck in Carlsbad (near Carlsbad Villege Dr. area), Coast Highway - several places in Cardiff. Best place probably Belly Up Tavern in Solana Beach which has many different kinds of music and a good dance floor. It's near the Coaster stop in Solana Beach. http://www.bellyup.com/

How about the bar on top of the Ivy Hotel in San Diego. Very cool and voted best night time hangout in San Diego. Defiantly check it out.
