Many times! I'm in customer service & in a management position of making FINAL decisions. Not all decisions pleased all parties - customers and staff alike, especially when the situation involved customer/staff. Someone is bound to walk away, feeling that the decision was not in their favor.

Yes, I have disappointed myself. i am reorganizing my business and have alot to take care of . But for the third week in a row, I have chose to put it on the back burner and go to the beach. I have made a vow to get this stuff done this week without fail. Will let you know how that goes. Don't anyone call and say let's surf!

Yes, just recently I disappointed a dear friend. Sometimes giving someone what they ask for is not the right thing to do, & I love her enough to do the right thing for her, even if it means she stays angry at me for the rest of my life.
