Plain water,, any additives of taste and flavour destroys natural balance of water composition, necessary for our body..
why man is not happy with plain water ... why flavoured water ??
Man has created so much odour and gases that he needs every where flavour..
why not ask researchers to make our body such that it release flavours instead of odours...

When I've exercised (and I remember the day distinctly) is has to be cool, not too cold, still mineral water. Otherwise I like fizzy flavoured waters - grapefruit, cranberry, beer. That Peartiser is lovely. Makes me do really big burps which my wife loves, no what matter she says.
