this girl from my gym have ben through racial dfferences(her being iranian me being asian). she knows i am a problemed guy and i've told her that i do drugs and alcohol,i have been tempermental towards her,and have had our differences and have been a time bobm,but howeever she will still continue to be polite cordial want my attention and has even smiled at me at times. What;s the deal?

maybe she's a Christian... or just polite and sees the good in you. there aren't many people out there like that, i know it's weird.

Iranians are like this our parents always wanted us to be polite even if someone is not very nice to us.
Iranians are Asians so when they see an Asian they feel like they have found someone same as themselves and they want to be more friendly to an Asians than other races.
Another thing might be she likes you and she likes the differences.
BTW Iranians say that a smile is worse than saying 100 rude words. This makes that person guilty of their actions.

I think from having your racial differences...i think she is lonely and wants a friend or someone she can talk with and just feels comfortable in talking to you...i think that everyone is a problemed person i have gone through alot already and im only 20...but everyone deals with it diffrently i think you should get off the drugs and alohol ive seen plently of people do this and is very voilent...you dont want to be one of these..

It's best to medicate with happiness by understanding emotions from modern psychology, but either way your happy and she wants some. It's to bad school don't teach happiness and values, but they don't and neither how to think only what. OK. Give her this website and read it yourself, free ebooks. Read some of the one on emotional intelligence. trans4mind .com and you'll both find the meds within. Natural high that is. Don't abuse her and get her on destruct, expensive drugs when you can have free safe ones. At least don't ruin her.

ok, think about it she accepts you for the person that you are. Im sure that you have heard the saying Love Is Blind, i think that fits in your case. She is willing to look past all the bad that you see in yourself and she can see something more to you then what you think meets the eye.. Who knows maybe deep down inside there really is a soft spot in everyone.. lol..
ps. do you like her but maybe ur scared...???

It is probably her upbringing that is assisting her to be polite to you.
There is also a good probability that she has affection for you and wants to be your friend.
You opened up to her, telling her your problems; she probably sees that you have some trust in her.
It is up to you if you want to pursue this friendship (probable). Talk to her, maybe at lunch time (when you're more relaxed) and see if it goes anywhere.

She probably still likes your company and she probably is just a nice person. I wouldn't mind if someone was nice to me! However, I would feel a little bad if I treated her like that and she was nice to me. Try to control your temper. She might even like you!
