Do you say something or just ignore it or approve of it, but don't say it out loud?

If she is a friend then I might mention that she should consider a medical evaluation and perhaps some counseling.
I would kindly and lovingly tell my friend that she may want to address her issues as a favor to herself, and that it is painful to watch her suffer.
I would offer to be there, and do some research into the conditon online with her, if she allowed me to be that familiar with her.
Bottom line is, this is a choice she makes, and only she can choose and effectively make the change.

I mean idk? firsttt off all if they were my friend i would talk to them, only cuz i love and care for them but if it was a stranger.
1 i might not know if its bullemia and 2.. if i did know i wouldnt go up to sum1 cuz that isnt my bus. ya noe?
