Auslogics Disk Defragmenter is also pretty good.

Open My Computer
Right Click on HDD letter
In dialog box select Tool tab
Click Defragment Now button

The process take more then 30 min.

to defrag your computer(harddrive)
in windows xp
Just Click start/all programs/accessories/system tools/ Disk Defragmenter

or
just right click your my computer icon and select manage computer management window appear and at the left frame select disk defragment. at the right frame you can see all your harddrive and select what drive or partition your going to analyze and defrag..

there are lot of way to show the disk defragment..

First perform Disk Clean up. Then if you do not have an icon for deframentation, click on star menu, select help and type in defragmenter. Then click on defragmenter and continue. Do this once a week.

go to control panel, then click on perfromance and maintaince. then click on rearrange items on your hard disk to make programs run faster.

double click drive c .properties......tools .........clean up .......defrag............easy.
