You may have OCD plus some other disorder too. Have you been through something tragic in your life recently.? You should check with a counsellor beacuse it isnt normal.

To ask is to improve.
Go to your TV turn it on and count how many "flashes you see".
Upwards of twenty per minute on most channels.

Now turn off the TV and un-plug it.

We found out forty years ago that flashing lights stop the mind for an instant. Merely because the mind wants to know what caused the flash and is it dangerous to the rest of the body. The fun part was that these flashes also prepped he mind for "what should I do next to be safe?". In deed each flash worked the viewer into a susceptible state similar to hypnotism. Sponsors loved it. their sales jumped and they got rich. Several groups tried to stop it, it was given the name subliminal advertising. After a flash a picture of what to do or what to buy would be on the screen. You might remember seeing it or the really devious ones played for the long term and made their flash and spot short and let it build in you.

In short you have been programmed.

You as a obviously sensitive person have started to blow brain cells by over exposure.

Cure, Turn off the TV. I withdrew from TV four years ago. Life is much better. Do what ever you want. Grab a bicycle and go see where you live. You now have free time. Go buy an ice cream and stop when you see something interesting. You just gave yourself 10 to twenty years of free vacation to do anything your hart desires. Anything at all.

I'm not a Doctor what i can tell you that you have some kind of disorder that's not normal. Can't tell what it's called for sure but i think its something like Repetitive Compulsive something disorder. I saw this on TV one time, some girl had the same issue. Anyways , you should go to the doctor and have it checked out for sure.

Do you remember that you read this message?? just kidding
GOOD LUCK

yeah you defenitly have a compulsive disorder i think you know what you do, but its just a routine thing to get rid of the fear or anxiety, you preform rituals...such as hand washing or as in your case switching the tv...this is caused by releiving from the thoughts of fear..and you repeat these things.
I think You should see a health professional about this...once you get treated for this...many people can help you such as you family a social worker...hope you get better soon GooDluck XX

seems like you have to concentrate on being more confident on trusting the choices you made. Try playing some games like crosswords, word jumbles or just try some art anything to make the brain stronger. and the noises are in your head, ignore them... oh yeah see a therapist....

It sounds like you might be describing obsessive-compulsive disorder. I recommend that you see a psychiatrist or psychologist. This person can help you. I recommend that you look for one who speaks your native language.
