Basically, just stop.

stop eating for a few hours and drink just water.
stop looking at everything and just close and rest your eyes
stop listening to anything and just listen to yourself or silence
stop working and just rest

see, it's simple

if you must do something, do something simple that makes you happy. Like just now, I answered your question, and the two points added to my total brought me to 2500 points, or, level 4 !!! Now, I feel great, and, I think I've reduced some stress.

I get stressed out and worry alot. I listen to music, read happy books and take long baths. I also get massages every month or so.

The release of endorphins into the bloodstream...chocolate, colognes or perfumes, orgasm's...stuff like that.

Spending time with my dogs helps me. Have a holiday away from work also helps
