if so do you also have very irrational thoughts, often times paranoid?

i do, and the thing is, is that even though i know that the weird thought isnt possible and is irrational i still get freaked out by it. and the worst part of it, is that i get afraid that i atualy BELEIVE the thought which makes me feel like im going crazy.

anybody else like this?

i coud get any random thought. like "what if my dog isnt my dog and somehow got switched somehow someway"

which clearly doesnt make sense yet its still an intrusive thought

This is a state of depression leading to frustration because simple things you cannot achieve yourself and depend on others while you see others very easily are doing it.It is not anxiety, rather it is egonistic depression. You want what is not you and yours.
