The Nazi archives in Berlin have recently been opened and are providing a wealth of information.
Main problem is you have to go there to do your research - it's being put on the Web - but this will take considerable time. They haven't even gone through it all yet.
With the Nazis' determination to reduce everything to paper, you will undoubtedly be able to discover something.
IF your family was/is Jewish - try Yad Vashem which notes as many of the Jewish victims as they've been able to account for.
I'd also try the Berlin City Tax Rolls for the early '30's - you might get a start there.

My family lived in Wieglosty Poland in 1940 and disappeared when the Nazis arrested them. They, my Uncle, Aunt and three cousins, were never heard from again.

What did you want to know? I tried to find the facts of this but was hampered, the Jewish organizations only look for the Jews, no one else.
