I'm sorry, they are both wrong. It's from a show called Dragon Drive. http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=1167
Here is some proof: Check out this site: http://www.bay-anime.com/categorie-736947.html . You can clearly see the same image, and while the text is in a different language you can make out Dragon Drive as the bold title.

its aimed for children... i watched it a long time a go. they have these good and bad things called digimons yeah
