i use a nail file like most normal people but my nails are really fragile and they chip and crack after i file them. what would help them?

I'd like to know this too. I make my nails look perfect, then a few hours later they get all effed up! ICK!

Drink Knox's gelatin to up your calcium in your body.
Your nails should improve.

you could use a product called solar oil and gently rub it into your nails and cuticles which helps, or a similar product is almond oil which works in the same way!

you can also buy biotin pills from any pharmacy
