how can i confirgure the USB male to RJ45 Male Connector / Adaptors?

im having probleme with my male rj45 to male usb

I've never seen a USB to RJ45 MALE adapter, I've seen USB to RJ45 FEMALE, ie a USB network card.

First step for ALL USB devices, INSTALL it's software (also read any deocumentation it comes with or is on the disc)
Connect USB device when prompted.

Configure according to instructions supplied
