Yes, check out the sellers feedback carefully and use PP to pay - so you can do a chargeback if needed. Good luck. Ohhhh and I'd look for someone who sold all sorts of stuff - so then its probable that they are selling for genuine reasons and not a stolen phone! And watch out for locations - make sure they are registered AND located in your country (postage costs should give a good indication of where they are!)

if you buy one from a seller who has a almost to perfect rating and read the comments on the seller. But if i was buying a cell phone i would not buy it on ebay! unless its just a cheap one, but if its nice then theirs no warrenty and if theirs something wrong with it you cant get a new one except for getting one on ebay again. Also some phones that you get off ebay have to be unlocked. and unlocked phones have way less features than the ones inthe store

all depends if it new and they seller has positive feedback about the product then yes if its used beware ask tons of questions and get the ESN # so u can call ur provider to check and see if its a good # or not.
