car carpet and upholstrey cleaner
or if you dont have any.. you could try using window cleaner (it works almost as well as carpet stain remover!) and most people have soem of that in their house
or standard carpet cleaner
if it doesnt come out easliy- try wetting the spot with water , rub with a cloth then apply the carpet or car cleaner and scrub with a brush, wipe with towel, repete if needed
as gross as it sounds my freind had a rough night at the bar and she vomitted all over the back of my car but we couldnt relaly clean it that night so a few days later we cleaned it using that method and all the stain, color, smell everything was gone

I agree with ChrisW. Do not try rubbing or brushing, this tends to spread the stain. In the future don't let the dog drink coffee in the car especially if he's driving. ( sorry, couldn't help myself )
