If i input a song it should give output only as Instrumentals. Is it possible?

Depends if by "input" you mean "enter the information" or "load another file"

If you mean load an MP3 type files and "lose" the voices, technically can be done, but with expensive software and a lot of time, but never very well unless you are a pro.

If you mean inputting data, sure, get some MIDI software and a stack of sheet music and away you go.

Not possible. What is possible is downloading only the instrumentals to the song.

So you want a karaoke track? You can sometimes buy those separately.
